					<description><![CDATA[Dear Manvendra,  Thanks so much for the wonderful solution. It did fix my issue as helped me to avoid some sleepless nights.
I had already wasted 2 days to set up a test availability Group . Checked all MSFT articles , firewalls etc but no one ever pointed out this very important pre requisite that the SQL Service Accounts needs to be given access on the SQL Instances. Anyways, I shall put this question with MSFT to include this important point in their article :
